Photography and Video Notice

Please note that photographs and video recordings will be taken throughout the Congress for documentation, promotional, and communication purposes.

By attending the Congress, you acknowledge that images and recordings in which you may appear may be used by ESRA in its communications, including on its website, social media channels, promotional materials, newsletters, and other publications related to ESRA activities.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings, or if you would like to withdraw your permission for the use of your image, please notify the ESRA Office by emailing office@esraeurope.org. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.

Cancellation Terms

Any cancellation must be sent in writing to :

Cancellation policy
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:

• More than 80 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including bank fees).
• Between 79 and 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50%.
• Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
